Please note the terms and conditions of our gift voucher prior to your purchase.
1. Strictly for Singaporeans, PR, EP/SP/DP holders who are aged 21 years and above
2. Applicable for use at The Spa by The Ultimate at Punggol Safra.
3. Voucher is valid for 6 months from date of issuance.
4. Not exchangeable for cash or products.
5. Only permissible with an original voucher presented on the day of the appointment.
6. Not applicable for promotional items and gift bundles. Redeemable off all ala carte services only.
7. Strictly by appointment only. Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
8. Voucher is not replaceable or refundable. No claims will be entertained for voucher that is expired, lost, torn or defaced.
9. The management of The Spa by The Ultimate reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions governing the redemption at any time without prior notice
